Land Rover Series 2 Diesel 1960. Fitted with 2.5 Daihatsu Diesel Solid underneath, new rear cross member, pillars, footwells etc. The rot was cut out and new panels fitted. Has a truck night heater so very warm in winter. Free wheeling Hubs and overdrive fitted.

Full new exhaust New rear propshaft Starts very well, runs fine and stops. 5 Good A/T tyres Usual Land Rover series rough ride, but puts a smile on your face!

Mileage shows 8000 odd so take it as not accurate. No excessive smoke etc Paint work shabby, usual blemishes only to be expected with dints and scratches, Just adds character.. There is corrosion on door frames etc. & door rubbers could do with geting replaced. Rear hub cover could do with new gasket, weeping a bit.

Easy Fix Ideal running project or use as is. I have been using it most days, but need something more family friendly with seat belts.

This is an old Landy. It has it`s imperfections as they all do. Its been painted during its life My intention was to give it a new coat of paint to smarten her up. Never got round to it.

All the major things are fine. I was happy to run around with it as it is.. The 4wd all works fine and was great through the winter. Its surprisingly quick and good on fuel with the Jap engine and overdrive.
