1966 Land Rover Series 2 SWB 88 2.25L Petrol Tax and MOT Exempt Part Restored
For Sale Is my Land Rover Series 2 SWB 88. She looks fab and is a true classic very original. Has has a part restoration and is starting to get there and a great place to start the final part. The brakes are not working so need looking at but the hand brake works very well. The chassis is all good and solid and we put a new outrigger on her and is weather coated now nothing i can see needed underneath.
Good panel work dented and pitted and recently painted in Land Rover Bronze Green. Good doors all around and also a hard top roof is fitted with side opening windows. Some of the electrics work some do not so thats something you will need to go thru. Pretty good tyres all around maybe one needs replacing.
Traditional metal bulkhead with centre dash and the old school Lucas wipers. Had a new fuel tank in the past few years also just had new disty cap, points, condensor and leads fitted. Clutch pedal also refurbed and new slave cylinder put on today so changing gear ok. So for mot go thru brakes and electrics and she should not be too far off. See engine bay on the video.
