Classic High Back Seat Range Second Row Full Set. The classic high back and Low Back seats are designed to fit and replace Series and Defender second row standard square back seats. The seat frames in your Land Rover must be 3 (THREE) individual seat frames that can all tilt and fold away individually. If you have a 60/40 Split bench seat these seats will NOT fit into your seat frames so Please view our "Premium High Back Second Row Seats". These classic upgrade seats are the perfect way to achieve a safer and more comfortable ride over and above the original little square back seat backs that were factory fitted. These High Back seats have been impact tested and meet all EEC regulations for retro fitting in a Land Rover. Extremely sturdy internal metal frame work with high grade foam build and classic stylish design with integral headrest to blend with the lower back rest option thats available.

The seats subtle shape holds you in very well and gives good all round support on and off road. Most customers install two outer high back seats and one lower in the centre for better rear view, but you can install in any format you wish, including all high backs for example.

We are also able to install heated seat elements into the seats on request at the time of manufacture, these are only supplied with a standard wiring loom for front seats so if you wish to place switches in the front you may need to modify the wiring looms of which we would recommend using an auto electrician. Also note that by installing these seats you may not be able to install a dog guard depending on where the dog guard is mounted due to the height of the seats taking the top of the seat further back into the rear load area by another inc or so at the top and may also interfere with any 3 man bench seats installed and on occasion can just touch the leading edge of the bench, so be aware converting to 2 man bench seats may be required. As you would now be installing a higher backed seat the option to fold the seat back down onto the seat base is retained however you may need to push the front seat forward or tilt slightly depending on their position to achieve this, however you will not be able to fold the seats over again for the second stage to create a larger load area as the height of the classic high back will not allow this to happen. The seats are easy to install by simply removing the two retaining bolts on the underside of the seat base and with the new bolts supplied install the new seat base. The same with the High back seat simply remove old unit and install with new pivot bolts but retain the locking pin for use again. We would estimate it takes 45 minutes to install one seat or less so in no time at all you have transformed your second row seats and the release for the seat back works on the same release catch.
