Land Rover Series 2a, 1963, SWB 88

  
Land Rover Series 2a, 1963 , SWB , 88 inch diesel. In need of complete restoration, chassis is completely rotten but surprisingly the chassis number is still visible, bulkhead is also very rotten and generally in poor condition, the original Diesel engine has been replaced with some other old Diesel engine and condition is unknown. Door are rotten and held in place by thin air and the steering column is seized but on the up side the hardtop is quite straight, the front valance is a Series 2 type and the rad is dated 1958, the dash is generally in good condition with no extra holes drilled and it rolls quite freely, I have unbolted the drag link to enable steering. I have a current V5 in my name along an old logbook and possibly the last MOT.
