Land rover series 2A
Land Rover series 2A 88 inch. 2.5 diesel, overdrive, freewheeling hubs. I have owned this land rover for about 9 years I use it almost daily for work window cleaning. It has been a great little van only ever letting me down once (hose split on radiator) but now due to a lot more work commitments and a lot more motorway driving its time for it to go. T from this year current M. The paint work is not the best and the wheels are a mess but there is a full set of wheels to go with it. I have done lots of work on it over the years this is a list of jobs done whilst I have owned it. Reconditioned gear box (25000 miles ago). New tyres 9 months ago. Brakes overhauled last week now spot on. New track rod ends last year. New rear wheel bearings last month. New radiator and hoses last year.
New heavy duty battery and battery box fitted under passenger seat. Diesel lift pump last year. Inch fitted but not wired up when i had battery moved under seat never got round to rewiring.
Fuel filter air filters engine oil and gear box oils done July 17. I also have a lot of spares to go with vehicle filters, starter motor, old mirrors. Full set of white wheels. A pair of rear sides with window to change it back to a station wagon. High lift jack wheel brace.There is probably loads of other things I have missed off but everything I have will for the Land Rover will go with it. The next jobs that need to be done are a small patch on door leg about 1 inch square and passenger door need attention. All in all its not a bad truck just needs a bit of TLC.
He sign writing is made of vinyl so should come off easy. Van is still being used so is full of my work stuff if any body comes to have a look at it.
