Land Rover series 2a 88

  
Land Rover series 2a 1970. SWB Truck cab and 3/4 canvas. Exempt but MOT'd to June 2020. Fitted with 200tdi discovery engine. Was my running project but lost interest. Good points, 200tdi engine fitted using all the studs and new clutch, series 3 box with overdrive, free wheel hubs, recent 11 front brakes with servo, parabolic springs, good canvas and good tyres.

Bad points, bit of a bitsa with series 3 bulkhead etc, rear arches had been cut for bigger wheels, lots of welding and plates on rear chassis and the usual oil leaks. Noisy as hell to drive and I don't use it much but I've had it 6 or 7 years and surprisingly, it has never let me down. Needs some work but usable in the meantime.

If I get what I want for it I'll include a spare front axle, some chassis and power steering parts and a few other bits and pieces.
