Land rover series 3 109

Ex military 109 2 1/4 petrol 5 bearing engine comes with cab and a new exmoor trim bikini top. Chassis all ok had MOT in August This is what is done etc.

Complete suspension overhaul, leaf springs refurbished new 1 ton shackles all shocks, bolts & every bush done all track rod ends new, and steering relay rebuilt correctly, not a cheap britpart one. Complete mintex, brake overhaul, all shoes, & 6 cylinders etc every brake pipes replaced and link pipes on front cylinders plus 2 extended stainless goodridge pipes and new master cylinder stops on a sixpence. All lights front and back new including hella headlights and bowls new Tank off and cleaned out, new fuel line, lift pump and carb rebuilt. Electronic ignition fitted in new dizzy.

Correct coil plugs and leads fitted New water pump , alternator. 4 new correct Avon Rangemaster Tyres jumps out of 2nd on overun. Never been an issue as i pull away in second, door tops will need replacing in time. I usually drive with them both taken off. Bulkhead all ok front vents all move freely with new pins and seals, Windscreen folds down ok.

Top dash recovered in sand leather. MOT till August 2019 copy of military log book Like all Landys these are on going projects and and this is no exception it is a 36 year old ex military vehicle and will need constant care and tuning great in the summer sun and better in the muck and snow.

Will just need looking after. Bring your overalls and get underneath. Dont ask if it will make it to liverpool etc.....
