Land Rover Series 3 88 Diesel Safari
1982 Land Rover 88 Diesel Safari S3. Bought as an unfinished project, this is a sound old Land Rover. The body is pretty good - we are just welding a section into the drivers foot well, and a couple of small chassis repairs for the MOT.
The chassis has been repaired before - it's no show queen - but perfectly safe and usable classic Land Rover. It has new rear seats, parabolic springs, brake shoes and cylinders, brake lines, very recent tyres, new front door tops. It has free wheeling front hubs. Starts, runs and drives great. THE CAR WILL NOT BE READY TO COLLECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY 14th FEBRUARY.
It will have a full years MOT, and will be ready to drive away on the 14th. This is my own private vehicle - and a private sale.
