Land Rover Series 3 SWB rolling chassis with engine and gearbox

  

SWB 88inch Land Rover Series 3 rolling chassis, January 1973 complete with 21/4 petrol engine and 4 speed manual gearbox selectable high and low range. Chassis is in reasonable condition with some outriggers and rear cross member replaced in the past. Needs front dumb irons and N/S bulkhead outrigger. Would clean up well I believe and the engine was running fine, gearbox was ok but needs new clutch, this is not guaranteed.

Swivels are covered in the original leather gaiters and I cannot determine the condition of the swivels with removing the gaiters and I'm reluctant to do so and disturb the originality of these. The chassis and running gear will need a complete resto and I cannot guarantee all will work. Collect item only and cash only on collection.
