LAND ROVER SERIES 3 88 1982 2.25 diesel. 1982 Land Rover Series 3 in excellent condition, complete with overdrive. This is the later 5 bearing crank engine. Also the vehicle has 11 inch brakes on the front as it was towards the end of Series 3 production, with also the assistance of a brake servo. 4 x single fold down seats in the rear.

12 months MOT with no advisories. After moving last year I unfortunately have nowhere It can be stored, combined with a lack time to use the landy. It is now time that somebody gets to use the landy instead of it just being started up every few months.

I worked very hard in restoring this land rover, from the chassis up, spending many evenings and weekends to complete. During the restoration t his is just some of the work I carried out and parts I replaced. New rear and front doors. Painted in the original marine blue and limestone. All trim has been stripped and re-galvanised.

Leaf springs and shocks replaced all-round. All new brake shoes, cylinders and. New Clutch and slave cylinder. Gearbox has been recondition 1.

Gear + synchros replaced along with all bearings and seals including transfer box. Front swivel hub seals replace.

Welding to chassis & completely re-painted. This vehicle has been registered and approved for use within the Low emission zone. Custom rear step (can be removed if not required).
