Superb 1978 Series 3 Land Rover 88 SWB 2.25 Petrol, with a genuine 44,000 miles from new. Fully recommissioned over the last 6 months, 3 previous owners. This vehicle is rather unique, having covered just over 44000 miles, and 3 owners I believe the vehicle has never left the county of Oxfordshire.

The aim of this restoration was not to change or molest the very original vehicle but to keep as much of its originality as possible, bringing it back to its form of glory out of the factory back in 1978. Mechanically perfect having spent the last year having various components replaced and rebuilt. To ensure it is a dependable form of transport for decades to come. New Leaf springs all round.

New break system all round. Complete drain and refill of gearbox, transfer box. Chassis was shot blasted and professionally welding work taken place on areas requiring attention.

Protected and sealed in chassis paint. This vehicle has been restored to a fantastic standard and unique in the fact it continues the same as when It was made. Personally one of the nicest colour combinations out there to be bought. Please contact me for more details on the build.
