For Sale my Land Rover series 3. The vehicle is in good condition having just had a full. Respray the body work looks great it was originally a petrol but has been converted to a 2.5 turbo diesel so drives very well and is very reliable it can be a little smokey on start up but it soon clears just like all old land rovers! Its sits comfortably on the road at 60mph having its original 4 speed gear box.

The chassis and bulk head are both in brilliant condition! Please note like all series land rovers it has not got power steering! It has what I believe to be the original county style interior with tweed type cloth seats and full cab lining during my ownership I have had the following work done.

New bfg mud terrain tyres. 2 small patches on the chassis. Its a rare chance to own a series 3 hi-capacity this model was only in production for 2 years according to some information I've been given there are less the 60 of this model still on the road in the uk!

The only down sides I can think of is door locks do need attention I've just been unseeing it without locking it. As mentioned above its been converted to a 2.5 diesel it still states its a petrol on the log book but I have a written report on the engine change from a local land rover centre and instructions on how to send the log book and the report in to have this change added to the log book I have not got round to sending them off as yet so I shall leave it to the new owner. Its a usable classic and it drives like a series land rover should please do not expect it to be like a new defender! Viewing is highly recommended - You wont be disappointed!
