1955 Land Rover Series 1 86 inch

  

Unfortunately due to an illness in the family 3 years ago I have been unable to continue with its restoration, so reluctantly I have decided to sell it so someone else who could finish what I had started. This comes with a brand new galvanised chassis from Richards Chassis through the Land Rover series one owners club. The majority of the running gear, petrol tank and cab items of the vehicle have been shot blasted and sprayed in a beige colour.

The legs of the bulkhead have been repaired and all deep rust removed. The bulkhead has been shot blasted but as it is stored in a garage now has some very light surface rust. It is currently in parts, the chassis is rolling but the cross members are not connected, but do come with the vehicle. All parts are in a waterproof store and come with the sale.

Everything comes with the sale to restore it apart from the items below. Items missing from the vehicle. Majority of the wiring loom. Old Canvas cover, (full of holes).

Air vent flaps under the windscreen. Additional items included in the sale in addition to what is listed. 4 original wheels and tyres. Brand new and still in the box canvas cover from exmoor trim, (beige). Brand new rubber matting from the rear tub from exmoor trim.

Primers, spray paints, fibreglass kit. Additional photos can be provided if required. Note: mileage listed but highly unlikely to be authentic.
