Series 1 Landrover 86 believed ex-government service, first registered on V5C in 1980. Six owners since (including me).

170602017 confirms late 1955 Home Market. Excellent un-restored running condition, fitted with 2500cc series 90 petrol engine (5 bearing crank) in the mid 80's with its standard twin-choke Weber 32/34 SMTL carburretor.

17H07211C indicates high compression head. The engine starts easily and runs well with little smoke. The chassis is in good condition throughout. There is one small rust hole in the driver side bulkhead.

Last MOT test in 2012 with no significant "cautionary" items, and the vehicle has done about 300 miles per year since, bringing mileage to 85549. New Petrol Tank around 2014.
