1960 Series 2 Land Rover 2.25 Diesel See correction below

  

A Piece of Motoring History Could be Yours. A mechanically superb Series 2 Landy that I have had for 2 years but which I simply don't have the time to drive, cherish or complete the restoration of. An expensive divorce and starting a new business mean that I no longer have the space in my life for such a beautiful old girl.

If you are a purist, you can re-install a Series 2 Diesel engine. I have confirmed the chassis number is correct and authentic Series 2 Diesel. I will be updating DVLA with the corrected information tomorrow as they have it incorrectly as petrol. The last owner restored all the vital bits below the surface (Chassis, engine, brakes, etc) and I had planned to restore her to the truck cab and canvas back that she had when new. I need a shed for her but don't have one and therefore she needs TLC and a roof over her head. MOT Passed today 16th September. I will take sensible offers but please don't insult the value in these sought after vehicles! I have a few spares with it. A tailgate plus a spare diff I think!
