1961 Land Rover Series 2A 88'' Coil sprung Galvanised Chassis Project

  
1961 Land Rover Series 2a 88 inch coils designa chassis. This car was brought of a friend of mine as a part project, I have been unable to complete the project due to work commitments, and studying away from home now. I will list all the items to the best of my knowledge. Designa coil sprung 88 series chassis galvanised. Has a defender 200tdi and LT77 Gearbox which runs got proof of this, all kitted out with smaller water pump to fit series front end.

Most body work parts very good condition, doors and tops are new. Rear door could be replaced.

Has heavy duty suspension all new with receipts. Axles are in very good condition.

Exhaust fitted needs a back box to complete the system. New battery box riveted in thick heavy duty one. Started a wiring loom looks all good, needs completing. Got plenty of receipts and history old Mots ect.

Loads of new parts fitted, like wiper motor ect. Original very good condition series steering set up all fitted and working. The number plate is quite unique and ends in 22A. Will come rolling on series wheels which will need attention. The list goes on and on. So overall this is still a project and still needs a small amount of work before it is complete. A few things it will need. Needs a radiator and all plumbing in. Few bits of paint need touching up and completing. I have roller coated it with coach enamel got some paint left to go with it, got loads of parts included with it. And few other things will need doing, its still a project.

Best option is to come round and have a look, this will need trailering away as it doesnt have MOT. Me and the previous owner have put lots of work into this Landy, and its a shame I have to part with it, so will not be looking for stupid offers will just store it until a later date and complete it myself otherwise.
