DKW Auto Union Munga Built 1963 Engine - V4 Ford Taurus petrol engine Transmission - 4 speed and reverse Drive train - Permanent four wheel drive This 1963 4x4 general utility vehicle is ex army and is the predecessor four wheel drive system as used on the legendary Audi 80 Quattro of Group B rally fame. Its constant four wheel drive system makes it very capable, quirky to drive and a bit more unusual then your run or the mill classics of this era, significantly cheaper than a jeep too! Chassis is in good condition, engine runs fine, running at 12V with new alternator, seats have been refurbished and are easily reconfigurable. Bodywork is reasonable but depending on your standards could do for a bit of tidying.

Wheels and tyres all good and the gearbox works fine through the range. Its been MOT'd in the past by its previous owner so its history is there to see. All it needs is a bit of tidying and recommissioning and I'm sure it would be great for the forthcoming show season or enjoyable summertime convertible.

Spares are available online (Genuine DKW parts) and the engine is still supported by Burton power aswell. Registration plate in pictures has been transferred new age related plate on vehicle and V5 present. Private sale so not VAT either.
