Genuine 1950 LAND ROVER series ONE main dealer garage showroom sign not enamel
Seriously rare survivor, very early 1950s series 1 genuine LAND ROVER main dealer SALES and SERVICE. Garage showroom window illuminated sign. The engraved thick perspex panel has scratches and wear, as to be expected with an original sign some 60 plus years old.
The light shines down from the enclosed 36 fluorescent tube highlighting the deeply engraved wording. LAND ROVER is dark green with gold outline. SALES & SERVICE is in red with gold outline.
The top metal fluorescent tube casing is not the original but serves exactly the same purpose.
