Beautiful limestone 1960 Genuine series 2 141xxxx vin plate. This series 2 was featured in the Land Rover 70th Birthday celebrations and put on display at Gaydon HQ.

It has some really nice original features, working smiths heater, Bakelite bulkhead vent knobs, pinch bolt steering wheel, door hinges etc etc pictures speak for themselves. If you know your land rovers you will know this is a slice of history that is getting rarer to find in good condition as the production run was limited to 4 years for series 2 between 1958 & 1961, post series 1 and pre 2A. These were the first of the barrel sided land rovers paving the design way for the world known icon defender. This landy runs and drives as it should it has working freewheeling hubs, everything on it works as expected high/low range etc.

Its structurally solid in a nice presentable condition. It is slow and noisy bearing in mind its 58yrs old!
