Land Rover Gear Lever for Series 2 & 3 6 cylinder, 2.6 litre

  
This is a complete Gear Lever Assembly for the Series 2 and 3 Land Rovers - we think this is for the 6 cylinder 2.6 litre Long Wheel Base models. However it may be a Series 2A / 3 gear lever which has been partly straightened at some stage. These gear levers have only a slight bend in them - probably because the gearbox is that much closer to the driver. It is in very good condition, and can be fitted and working without any further attention. The grub screw that stops the lever from flopping about is in place, and as can be seen from the photos, the stick has not been broken off at the roots and repaired by welding back.

It comes complete with the Series 3 gear knob which is not too badly worn, all the numbers are visible. The complete gear lever assembly 622006 is no longer available (NLA) as a replacement part. The gearstick alone is FRC 1832 and this also appears to be NLA.
