Land Rover Rare Series 2A Lightweight

  
This is a rare 2A Lightweight, new to the Army in 1970, and released in 1978 and unusually registered as a 1978 on a'T' plate, I would think you be able'if you wish' to have it changed to a age related number, which would be around'F' reg. The Land Rover starts straight away (push button start), with no smoke, knock's or rattle's and tick's over like a sewing machine. Good working original 2 speed heater, 4 good 750x16 tyres (spare is cracked) but still blown up. As you can see it has F.

Hub's, the bonnet is excellent with no rust on the frames underneath. This is an early Lightweight and initially had the headlight's in the grill, but at some point has been converted to the later headlight configuration, (you can see the original headlamp hole's under the bonnet).
