Land Rover series 1 109 pickup

  
Have decided I have far to many Land Rovers and have to let one go. She has been carefully recommissioned after a long and hard working life. Bulk head is the original, fully rebuilt. Chassis is also the original which has been carefully repaired, although to be fair it didn't require much attention, mainly rear cross member which has been made to the original design.

The original axels & springs have been rebuilt. I have modified the front axel to take later Railco bush type king pins.

Engine and gear box have been replaced at some point in its working life and seem to be fine so have been left alone. The body work is all original but due to its hard life it has many scars and dents so its not perfect. I have brush painted it Land Rover light green which I think suits the vehicle well. There are a couple of little jobs need finishing off, the doors seals need replacing and the inside of the cab needs painting. Its not currently in use but I have driven it up the road and she drives nicely for an old Land Rover.
