Land Rover Series 1 V8 Off Roader V5 Present 1957

  

1957 - V5 Present and in my name. 3.5 Rover V8 Engine (runs very well). FANTASTIC PROJECT (Very reluctant sale).

This is an ex competition trailer Landy hence the very dimpled appearance, unless you are going to use it as a trailer, you are going to need to replace all body parts. If only there were more hours in the day (or a massive dry barn), if only hey!! As you can see from the pictures the rear cross member has been replaced with a Range Rover one, although the chassis is Series 1 & has been adapted for the coils at front. The bulkhead is fairly solid but with huge welds (I was going to replace).

Brakes and Handbrake are completely seized due to inactivity. I was driving it around the fields at the beginning of 207, but it hasn? This is because it was only being trickle fed fuel into the carbs as it needs a new fuel tank because the current one (which is behind the seats in the tub) is ful of algae so I don want to put this fuel though the engine. Hence it would have to be winched onto a trailer. This is WAY under what I paid for it, so please don?
