Land Rover Series 2/2A/3 Reconditioned Rear Axle

  

At Parrs Engineering, Axles are fully disassembled, inspected and overhauled. All components are removed and cleaned so that they can be properly inspected. Anything worn or damaged is replaced, and all seals are replaced. The axle cases are shotblasted ensuring all rust etc is removed, everything is then reassembled using OEM parts where possible.

A refurbished differential is also fitted. There is a common problem on the series hubs where the drive flange bolt threads strip. These are heli-coiled as standard providing a better thread than original. We stock some core units, however as the older land rovers are becoming collectors items it is becoming important to keep numbers matched to maintain originality. If this is the case we will rebuild your axle ensuring that your vehicles history is maintained.

Turn around is typically 3-4 weeks from order. All units warranted for 12 months from date of invoice.
