Land rover series 2a 1968

  

For sale 1968 series 2a. Chassis is good condition lpg conversion. Stainless steel exhaust new radiator turner engineering 8:1 compression head 5 steel wheels like in the pics (4 are ANR 4583) and one modular that looks exactly the same plus 5 original wheels spare gearbox (needs a refurb) spare windscreen frame and glass Bearmach overdrive.. No whining or any noise plus a spare unit (untested) replaced all brake drums and shoes and had parabolic rear springs fitted and gas shocks fitted in 2016..

Bulkhead is ok but will most likely need footwells.. Door pillars seem ok small hole in the windscreen frame on upper passenger corner see pic... Hence why i have a spare frame and glass but never got around to fitting need a new dizzy.. As i broke a wire in the electronic one.

When the dizzy was working.. Started and ran fine but the dynamo didnt seem to be charging.. Unless you took the cover off the regulator and manually pushed in the connection.. Its a shame as i was using it as a daily runner upto about 16mnths ago then lost all interest and due to circumstances i can no longer afford to have it just sitting there...

With some tlc it could very easily be back and running again... I do have a lot of spare bits and pieces around which will all be thrown in as well.. The item "Land rover series 2a 1968" is in sale since Sunday, January 20, 2019.
