Land Rover Series 2a Galvanised chassis project parabolic springs New starter

  

For sale through AB4x4s Cleveland is this Land Rover Series 2a that has the benefit of a galvanised chassis. It was aquired by ourselves to restore but due to work load and space it is now up for sale. Being the Series 2a model with the heqadlights in the rad panel makes this vehicle most desirable. Engine is a slightly later 2.5 petrol that would have come out of an early defender 90 and we got it running very nicely.

We do have a spare 2.25 available at extra cost. Needs clutch looking at which is probably either seized due to sitting around or master cylinder is faulty I would guess at master cylinder! Luckily enough for the new owner it sits on a set of parabolic springs which will make your ride a little closer to a Bentley lol!!! Bulkhead will need some work in the usual places. We have many second hand parts for sale if the new owner wants to change the wings, bulkhead or doors etc. I would also like to point out that the new owner will need to apply for a new v5 as the previous owner lost it.
