Land rover series 2a Lwb 1968 with overdrive

  

Land Rover Series 2A Ex military LWB with overdrive. Entered service in July 1968 left service in 1976. Run and drive as it should. Switch/push button engine start requires no keys. Theres also a Hand crank engine tool if needed behind the front seats.

Odometer was changed some time around 18 years ago. From what I can work out its done around 50,000-60,000 miles. Comes with spare parts list which has been updated yearly by previous owners. Theres a book with receipt and M.

There also a list of items which were changed in the last 10 years and the date in which they were changed. There is a crack in the bonnet approximately 3cm Long. The driver side wing has a small hole. The passenger seat will need replacing or re upholstering.

The drivers side petrol tank needs a petrol cap as I havent been able to get one yet. The passenger side petrol tank is fully functioning.

The paint is flaking in places. There is a hole in exhaust system somewhere towards the back. Bit of rust on the chassis but nothing major. Could do with being under sealed to protect it more. T yearly apart from this year as I havent been able to do it. 1 military tent/awning unsure what it is as its never been taken out the bag by myself.

1 x military fire extinguisher. 1 x canvas roof / soft top. 1 x Full bean dip switch. 1 x gaiter & circlips. 1 x series grommet and gaiter kit.

1 x bottom half back door. 1 x brake cylinder - still in package but unsure if been used. Variety of other parts old and new to much to list it all.
