NOW LISTED WITH NO RESERVE!!!!!!!! Land Rover Series 3 swb Truck cab. Mechanically sound and reliable, cosmetically original and untouched. The truck has 22000 miles on the clock, but i'm sure its been around once so 122000.

The engine is a typical 2.25 petrol. Starts on the button, without choke even when been stood. Its fitted with a Webber carb, new start solenoid, recent plugs, new battery and new fan belt. Not sure weather these had alternators originally (i know the 2's were on a dynamo) however this truck does. When i brought this truck last month, i did so knowing it had drive problems. The result of her age and millage meant worn syncros and hoping out of second gear. I have changed the gear box and put in a new clutch and thrust bearing.

She now drives all though the gears as she should and the box is very quiet for a series. The Chassis had a tidy repair done to the rear cross member to get through M.

T but the chassis is original and in very good condition, There will be no weilding required for a long time. It was under sealed and wax oiled by the previous owner in 2008 and i myself have just gone over it again. The bulk head is also original and had some repair for M, O, T. Despite being 43 years old this lady is very solid and ready to be enjoyed.

The truck has had 2 new rear shocks and a new set of tires, comes with strong tow hitch and free wheeling hubs.
