Land Rover Series 3 LWB excellent condition

  

For Sale is My Land Rover Series 3 EX-MOD 24V FFR 1980. MOT Dec 2017, MOT also has no advisory's.

24500 Miles which i deem to be genuine as i have the original army vehicle card which states the vehicle was only used in 104 REG Royal Artillery Reserves. 2.25 Petrol, still original, but looking at the stamp on the engine, the army replaced the engine in 1995. No blue smoke, not even on cold start.

This Land Rover has a full canvas roof but as you can see i have put a truck cab on it, which has been freshly painted limestone, but the canvas is still a full canvas! And the canvas is in amazing condition with no rips or tears. I have all the sticks and front attachment bar to put it back to full canvas if you wish, i feel this car has best of both worlds. Has 4 new Michelin 4x4 tyres mounted on 8 spokes rims 235 85 16. The spare is exactly the same but the tyre is slightly worn. There is no rust or corrosion on the chassis or bulkhead, please feel free to come and take as much time as you like to inspect this, infact feel free to bring a small hammer to test.

The car is original except the front seats and headlights, however i upgraded the headlamps as a safety precaution as the old beam units were not fit for purpose on our roads. I drive this car on a weekly basis and there is no issues with it. New parts fitted over the last 12 months. Any inspections welcome at anytime.
