The fan is Genuine of the time, it has been modified by removing the radial fixing disk on the pump to be adapted and mounted on another type of standard water pump which provides for the front fixing (in fact, as you can see, others have been added holes for fixing on the standard water pump). The fan can be mounted in the conditions in which it is found with a small spacer disc on the hub of the water pump to compensate for the step present on the hub, or a hole can be made on the flat part of the fan to fit the fan on the hub of the water pump.
