The Instrument Panel is used, but Genuine andh in excellent condition as shown in the photos, and there are no cracks, as can be seen in the detailed photos, one of the labels relating to the switches has been glued as can be seen in the photos, this obviously does not compromise its its functioning well, but for the sake of correctness and to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings or discussions I thought it appropriate to point it out. Obviously the Instrument Panel has been carefully cleaned and treated with a special product for plastic materials to keep it soft over time, as plastic is a hygroscopic material, and must always be treated to prevent it from drying out and cracking.
