Renovated Land Rover Series 2A SWB Petrol Station Wagon 1963
Land Rover Series 2A SWB Station Wagon. We had planned to move to a property with a garage but plans have changed and as we live on the coast better to let someone else finish it off and enjoy. Being from Indonesia it has never been subjected to road salt but on the downside it has never had a heater fitted, not that makes much difference in them anyway.
Fully registered in the UK with V5 in my name, currently on SORN. Obviously not in original condition but still a very nice Landy. The following is a list of the work that has been done. Full respray, all body seals replaced (though certainly still not water tight), Rear cross member replaced, both foot wells replacedSwivels serviced, brakes renewed including new brake lines, inertia seatbelt for front seats fitted, rewired, LED lights (except headlights) etc. Work outstanding, indicator switch to be fitted but included in sale, windscreen wipers to be fitted but included in sale, roof headlining, rear door window fitted. One of the new door locks doesn't latch anymore. Plus last picture shows a dint where some idiot reversed a Range Rover into it - not my finest hour!Not designed to be a complete list as sure there will be other bits and pieces as to be expected with a vehicle of this age. Box of parts etc to be included. It starts drives and stops as it should and could technically be driven home but would suggest its trailered away, but its your call.
