Has all the correct joggles and swages (unlike cheaper versions of this part) makes it a very good fit. 5083 is a very good marine-grade high strength aluminium alloy, it is very similar to the original Land Rover'Birmabright' material, it is also much harder & more scratch resistant than the commonly used'1000' series general purpose engineering alloys.
