Series 3 land rover project

  
Bought as a project a few years ago, was rotten as a pear! Replaced chassis for a good used one (a good few patches but welded well and painted in quality engineering paint) polybush kit and parabolic springs, new shocks (rear shocks don't fit as it sits high at back so will need some extended shocks for rear) all new break lines and rear breaks all replaced , extended stainless flexy brake hoses. Seat box refurbed with adjustable runners. (needs outer seat frames) rear tub refurbed with aluminium bed, new cross members and rubber pads. Bulk head rebuilt with new pillors feet and footwells. 300tdi engine fitted from 80k discovery , turbo removed and original manifold fitted, original exhaust fitted (slightly modded to clear engine mount). I used the original discovery engine mounts welded to chassis. Original gearbox and new series 3 clutch. Engine totally overhauled (not the crank or the oil pump but its only done 80k). Head removed valves lapped new valve stem seals new head gasket (3 notch). New cam belt and filter. Refurbed props, new gearbox mounts. It runs and drives , brakes work but need bleeding as there is to much travel. Comes with its utility hard top.
