Land Rover Series 3 Short Wheelbase. Full engine conversion to turbo 2.5 TDI engine February 2014. Immobiliser fitted - discretely operated by a key in the passenger footwell. The gears and four wheel drive engage as they should. The engine number matches that recorded on the logbook. Deluxe series front seats in black vinyl with matching cubby box. Rear matching reupholstered black vinyl bench seats with rear lapbelts. Rear heavy duty boot work mat. Soundproofed using Paddock Spares soundproofing kit and Trim Acoustics Acoustilay Deading Sheets. Kenwood KFC Radio with bespoke sound system, built into front cubby box (4 speakers). The load area is very clean and doesn't show any signs of heavy use. An original style has been the focus for each piece of work completed, down to the series 4WD lever knobs. New front brake drums and hubs.

Front and rear diff guards. Breaks have recently been serviced. All windows open and lock as they should. All the window channels were refitted. The vehicle has benefited from a new rear door seal.

It has had welding in places over the years but is structurally sound. 2 axle rigid body wheelplan. All 4 tyres have good tread depth.

Front bulkhead is structurally sound. Footwells have had new floor plates. It was important to keep the vehicle looking as original as possible.

The vehicle bodywork is consistent with its age (40 years) with 1 or 2 knocks or dents, all of which add to its character. I have owned this vehicle for almost 10 years.

Rest assured it has been cherished and well looked after. Its hard to beat the classic Series Land Rover experience. This is a vehicle equipped with many auxiliaries.

CB Radio with portable handheld radio. Rear swing away spare wheel carrier. Rear adjustable drop-down towbar with fully functioning electrics.

Rear work light and front fog lights. Front grille and rear reflectors have been replaced.
