Land Rover Series 3 Engine. This engine is just "as removed". It was removed from a running vehicle and has been in clean dry storage since it was removed. ENGINE OIL on dipstick looks fairly clean. COOLANT condition good and was drained from engine.

Engine turns over smoothly and there is compression in each cylinder. PHOTO'S of rocker gear shown.

Supplied with both manifolds as shown in photos. The LUCAS distributor is dated 03 73 making it March 1973 build period.

Engine number starts 901 so this is a SERIES 3 Engine. Collection only, from just outside of Worcester. This will fit a series 2, 2A or SERIES 3 model land rover. Any queries, please feel free to get in contact, more photos available on request.
