Simply unbolt the old CHRA and fit our replacement CHRA. This CHRA is built and balanced by Turbo Rebuild in the UK.

WHERE IS MY TURBO PART NUMBER? The number is usually found on the compressor housing on a small rectangular part of the housing which is machined flat or on a metal tag attached to the housing. Important Information before fitting your new CHRA. Turbochargers are very reliable indeed. Of all Turbocharger failures, very few are the fault of the turbo itself, but are in fact caused by outside influence. Oil starvation: A blocked or restricted oil feed pipe, damaged oil pump, low oil level. Oil contamination: Metal particles or carbon from poor servicing or faulty DPF filters, EGR valves etc. Over speeding: Boost pipe work, holed intercooler, jammed VNT, Remap. Impact damage: Faulty air filter, remains of past Turbo failure, Swirl flap failure etc. Before fitting you MUST find the reason why your Turbo failed and correct it. Simply fitting a new CHRA in most instances will only cover the problem resulting in re-occurrence of the failure. Unit must be fitted by a qualified mechanic and the supplied installation instructions followed in full.
