Vintage Land Rover, 1954 TRUCK 109 series 1

  
1954 truck, Series 1, 4720 prefix. RARE LONG WHEEL BASE TRUCK. Heritage certificate chassis number 0338 -14th June 1954.

107 total of 441 built. The bodywork is solid aluminium and the patina is fab, it has a big dunt on the rear where something has dropped on it but I'm told it can be pulled out.

I was also informed it had a new chassis but knowing nothing about mechanics or land rovers I suggest you come and see it, it needs complete restoration as you can see but is a thing of beauty as it stands, seats are missing and I'm sure other things also. But at least the engine runs, I have a heritage certificate but no V5, I have not applied for it, I'm told best get the club to do it, DVLA have sent a letter saying they have no record of it.

The landie is in Aberdeen and you are very welcome to come and crawl over it - kettle always on. Sorry to see it go..
